PROCEDURES

1) Buyer confirms soft offer and issues an ICPO with right to soft probe.

3) Buyer sings & returns FCO with acceptance letter.

4) Refinery issues draft contract open for amendment.

5) Buyer returns signed draft contract

6) Refinery issues partial Proof Of Product or (Soft POP) with Refinery Allocation Numbers.

7) Buyer pays pipeline Allocation fee.

8) Buyers (POF)

9) Refinery issues original contract (POP) Both parties exchange hard copy of contract within 5 days & both parties lodge contracts with respective banks.

10) Buyer's bank issues (RDLC, SBLC) from a prime world bank against transfer of title.

11) Refinery issues 2% (PB) to activate buyer's LC as agreed on contract.

12) Delivery commence as scheduled.
